Shipping within Australia

• FREE Standard Shipping on every order, Australia-wide — delivered via Australia Post or a comparable carrier.
• Express Shipping is a $4.99 flat rate, and FREE on orders over $50 (available on eligible items).
• A small number of larger or heavier items may attract a freight surcharge for delivery to regional or remote areas. Where this applies, the exact amount is calculated and shown at checkout before payment, so there are never any surprise charges afterwards.

International Shipping

• International Shipping is a flat rate of $21 AUD on selected items.
• Some items are available for delivery within Australia only. For these items, no international shipping option will be shown at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours from our Melbourne warehouse.
• Orders from our other Australian warehouses are processed and dispatched within 72 business hours.
