A grippy, cushioned base for yoga, Pilates and floor workouts. This Centra mat is made from TPE — the eco-friendlier alternative to PVC — with 6mm of cushioning that's soft on knees, elbows and spines while still firm enough for balance poses.
The textured non-slip surface holds hands and feet in place, and at just 800g the mat rolls up to carry to class or stash behind a door. The standard 183 x 61cm size suits users of all heights.
