Once your baby starts moving, the whole house becomes a potential danger zone. A retractable gate lets you keep them where you want them — pull it shut across a doorway or the top of the stairs, and retract it out of the way when you don't need it.
The PVC mesh gives excellent visibility and is far gentler on your baby than metal gates. It works just as well as an indoor pet gate, keeping the dog out of the kitchen or away from food.
Install with adhesive tape or screws. You need flat wall on both sides of the opening, so measure your space before you begin and follow the instructions carefully. Once installed it opens and closes easily and quietly, so it won't wake a sleeping baby.
