How to use

1. Clean and dry the skin where you'll apply the patch.
2. Open an individual sachet and peel off the backing.
3. Press the patch firmly onto the skin around the navel.
4. Wear for up to 6–8 hours in any 24-hour period.
5. Remove the patch and rinse the area with warm water.

• For external use only.
• Do not apply to broken, irritated or sensitive skin.
• Stop using if redness, itching or irritation occurs.
